Remembering with gratitude – 2 years of journey

Manovsis Realty India Private Limited celebrated its 2 year anniversary on 2 February 2019 at the construction site of one of its client. The day was remembered with gratitude for the immense support, the company received from its Clients, customers, stakeholders , vendors, employees and workers.

 The company’s Managing Director, Mr. Elias, looking back to the last two years of journey with gratitude, said that in spite of the many economic set backs the country faced, our company was able to set its course straight by traveling the valued path. He thanked all the stakeholders for standing by the company on its valued path, specially in its service to humankind on affordable homes.

About 60 employees and workers thronged the event from various construction sites and made it memorable. Manovsis T.Shirt was released on that day as a sign of our “Empower to Excel” strategy, namely to make this world a better place. The company’s workforce made a promise on that day to make this company a dream company in the future, which will serve humanity with affordable homes, enriching the world to life excellence

Sale of the first affordable home

it was a moment to cherish for manovsis, as it handed over its first house on the affordable segment to our customer Boopathi.

It was a dream lived and fulfilled for all those who made it possible in the very first year of establishment of the company.  Our affordable house was apt for the economic situation of the people in the city of Madurai. 

our basic principle, “if it is affordable, it is achievable”, was made true on that day.
