The project—a 6500 Sqft independent luxury villa—was entrusted to Manovsis by Rathi Associates, who envisioned a contemporary residence with spacious layouts, thoughtful detailing, and long-lasting structural integrity. From the very beginning, our team worked closely with the client and their design partners to ensure complete adherence to the approved architectural, structural, and PHE (Plumbing, Heating & Engineering) drawings.
Throughout the journey, the project was subjected to multiple layers of quality checks, periodic inspections, and rigorous material audits—reflecting Manovsis’ uncompromising approach to workmanship.
The final outcome is a residence that beautifully unites engineering accuracy, architectural finesse, and a serene living experience. From the façade to the interiors, every element resonates with polish and precision.

A similar procedure is followed for all concrete items that go into the substructure and eventually get buried in the earth, thereby protecting the concrete and the steel that is under the earth.
Both have same and similar objective, namely to serve the segment of the society that cannot own homes. However, they differ in their outcome, mission, method, process, market and target audience. While social housing caters to people with low-to-low household incomes and the homeless, Affordable housing provides homes to those who struggle to match up the rising cost in the home segment prevalent in the society, simply a price they cannot simply afford.
Affordable housing becomes a key issue specially in developing countries where the large majority of the population is not able to buy houses at the market rates.
With the rising cost of materials, labour and land, affordability is the only way towards building a better and balancing future for those, who live and dream with the some disposable income, yet cannot own a home.
We have, but one planet, and the challenges facing it are manifold, such as climate change, extinction of various species and on a larger scale a loss of habitat due to a surge in population, dwindling of natural resources, economic inequality and growing rate of poverty.
it is highly important for us to create a new positioning /repositioning in Affordable Housing. This may require creating new strategic thinking, plans, business models and executionary measures in the way homes are planned and built in future.
